The 8-Channel Isolated Gate Driver Board is a compact, versatile solution for driving multi-switch power electronic converters, inverters, motor drives, and laboratory-scale power electronics prototypes. The board provides four independent high-side channels and four independent low-side channels, enabling reliable driving of MOSFETs and IGBTs in multi-level and multi-phase converter applications.
The board integrates high-performance optically isolated gate driver ICs such as TLP250, TLP350, and HCPL-3120, ensuring excellent electrical isolation, noise immunity, and switching performance. An onboard level-shifting interface allows direct compatibility with both 3.3 V and 5 V PWM signals, eliminating the need for external signal-conditioning circuits.
To simplify system integration, the board incorporates onboard rectification, regulated power supplies, and LED power indicators. Separate isolated supplies are provided for each high-side channel, ensuring safe operation in high-voltage switching environments.
